Indoor Skydiving

Indoor Skydiving / Wind Tunnel

These courses are designed for you to fly your body unaided and have complete control. If you’re interested in learning to skydive outdoors. Our twenty-minute wind tunnel course really prepares you for the aff skydiving course and makes you very unlikely to fail any of the pass or fail aff course skydives.

The statistics prove that if you haven’t completed an indoor aff preparation course, most people will need to do at least two repeat aff skydives on their outdoor aff course. Most people find having the knowledge of how to fly their body indoors, makes skydiving outdoors easier, more enjoyable, and it normally saves people money. (This also makes the aff course safer).

These courses are designed for people who wish to fly their body unaided and you don’t need to be on a skydiving course to learn to fly indoors.

Having the ability to fly your body is very rare and it’s an amazing feeling. Most people can walk, run and jump, but how many people can fly?

Get ready to be blown away – literally. It’s thrilling. It’s amazing. Experience the feeling of freefall as you float on a smooth cushion of air. There’s no parachute, no jumping, nothing attaching you to planet Earth, and you can learn to fly your body in a safe environment. Air will be thrusted up through the tunnel allowing you to hover.  The air feels the same as jumping out of a plane and being in freefall.

Learn Skydiving will teach you how to deflect the air, giving you fall control of your body position. We teach you how to fly in a stable position, move backwards and forwards, up and down, and you’ll learn how to turn left and right. You can Indoor Skydive with Learn Skydiving using either Basingstoke or Milton Keynes wind tunnels. Or we could organise a Wind Tunnel course for you in Manchester.
